US Supreme Court ruling on the so called health care reform that Obama Admin passed in 2010 is really a reminder of what is so WRONG with USA in so many levels. After all it is 2012, the ENTIRE developed World has had Government run Socialized health care (NHS) for decades, as a result of which all their people have health care while they spend 50% LESS on health care than US where 50-Million+ people do not have health care, repeat they spend 50% LESS, not MORE, but LESS, while all their people have health care, because they operate health care on Socialized basis.

And Obama Admin passes a JOKE of a health care reform that is anything buy NHS.
And Republicans are such TRUE ENEMY of Nation that they call this JOKE of health care reform to be Socialism and want to stay with Wall Street run health care, rather than support NHS which is 100% supported by ALL Conservative parties in Europe, Canada, Israel, etc.

And then the Supreme Court is going to decide whether this JOKE of a health care reform is Constitutional! Hardy har har, if Republican lunatics, HOAX Democrats and the lying US Media think this is funny and that in the Internet age we cannot see through this sham.


About Affordable Health Care Act (AHCA), what Republican lunatics call "Obama Care"

The Affordable Health Care Act (AHCA), what Republican lunatics and Psycho Media in USA call "Obama Care", is really a TOTAL JOKE of a reform as is, given the FACT that it mandates us to buy health care from the same Wall Street backed companies that have brought us the current bankrupting system, without (our) Government tightly regulating what they can charge OR given the FACT that 2 year since it passage number of American without health care has gone up by few Million rather than going down to ZERO.

To be exact it has a few good provisions in it, such as ending denial of health care to Children under pre-existing condition clause, which TRULY is/was a crime against Humanity, but it does not end the same denial of health care against Adults, at least not until 2014.

But beside a few good steps forward, AHCA falls far short of achieving Universal health care and equally as important it TOTALLY fails to reduce health care costs which only Government run Universal Socialized health care (NHS) can do which is why it is 100% supported by ALL Conservative parties in Europe, Canada, Israel, etc.

What Supreme Court should do?

1st, Supreme court justices should cover their head in shame for having contributed in their way to USA being such a miserable country that it is 2012 and it still does not have something as essential as Universal Nationalized Health Care (aka NHS), something that ALL developed Nations have!

Justices should ask Obama Admin why did you pass such a JOKE of a health care reform that mandates people to buy health insurance from same Wall Street owned companies that have brought us the current bankrupting health care system! Why did you not pass Single Payer health, which is 100% supported by Conservative parties in UK, Israel, etc. so that every American would have health care FREE for Taxes they ALREADY pay while cutting health care spending, thus Deficits, by $1-Trillion per year

Justices should ask GOP, what TRUE ENEMY of Nation are you psychos to actually oppose NHS! Given that NHS SAVES 50% on cost of health care while giving health care to ALL! Which is why ALL Conservative parties in the WORLD are 100% for their NHS!


Can AHCA be fixed and turned into a real health care reform?

Yes. But only if USA was not suffering from a TRUE ENEMY within, which is the Republican party & the right-wing Media/Cabal behind them.

To be exact: if you are going to Mandate People to buy health insurance, as is pretty much the case in Germany, Canada, etc. then you need these additional Mandates & Regulations:

1- Businesses are mandated to pay into the NHS, from which every working person is provided health care for Medicare Taxes they pay.

2- Heath insurance companies are regulated by Government as to how much they can charge, so for $60 to $200 per month you get total heath care with ZERO or $5 deductibles and NO bankrupting Co-pays, etc.

3- Heath insurance company execs salaries are regulated by the Government, just as our Government sets the salary of a 4 Start General, or an Admiral, etc. to be at no more than $250K per year, which is still a great salary for 98% of people, contrast this to CEO of United Health Care who made $124-Million last year!


Best outcome: Supreme court strikes down & we will then show to all what who the TRUE ENEMY with in is

So best thing that can happen is that those whoreees of Big Pharma, Big insurance, Big Corps (Wall Street), that is Supreme Court Justices will strike down the JOKE of health care reform that Obama Admin passed, and we will then make the next election to be about having Government run Socialized Single Payer Health Care (NHS).

We will then see how real Democrats are, what lunatics and TRUE ENEMY of the Nation Republicans and right-wing Media are. For how can you be against NHS once American People realize that NHS means they will have health care for FREE for Taxes that we already pay. NHS means that Americans just like British, Canadian, Israeli, etc. citizens when they go for health care they will get NO MORE bills, they will get health care for FREE for Taxes we already pay, WHILE cutting heath care spending by 50%, which means cutting the Deficits by $1-Trilion per year. And that is why all Conservative parties, in Europe, Canada, Israel, etc. are 100% for their NHS. Let Republicans & lying US Media run against those FACTS and be destroyed.

But I guarantee you that the Supreme Court will find a way to approve most of the AHCA, what Republican lunatics call "Obama Care" , so that we end up with this sham of a reform that neither delivers Universal health care, Nor does it dramatically cut health care costs, because it mandates us to buy health insurance from the same Wall Street backed companies that have brought us the current bankrupting system without (OUR) Government tightly regulating what these for profit Wall Street run companies can charge, and on top of this Republicans are such lunatics, that they will label this health care reform that is anything but Socialized health care to be "the Crown Jewel of Socialism" as such buffoons as Bohner, Cantor, Bachman, Rush, Beck and other Republican psychos have already called it and will continuously chip away at it to tilt it even more and more in favor of the Big Pharma, Big Insurance, their Wall Street masters, and against the People under the total Con Job that this is "Socialism" when this health care reform is anything but Socialized health care, which is the ONLY way to operate the health care of a country and that is why ALL Conservative parties in Europe, Canada, Israel, etc. are 100% for their Socialized health care.


When all else fails then the Republican lunatics will resort to it is not "Constitutional"

As if we in the 21st Century are supposed to live by the thinking (Constitution) written by man living in 18th century, man who owned Slave, man who did NOT allow Women to Vote, man who did NOT have Government run Universal Socialized Health Care as a concept in their time since there was barely any health care at their time, so although these men were the most Liberal of their time, they still lived in 18th century.

Put another way, to see how silly it is, what a Con Job it is, to base the functioning of a Modern society on the thinking of men who lived in the 18th century: Where in the Constitution does it state that the Government has the right to set speed limits? Where in the Constitution does it state that the Fire Department should be paid from our Taxes and operated by the Government? Where in the Constitution does it state that the Federal Government should regulate the Food industry to deliver Food safely and free from bacteria? etc. services and regulations without which we would well be living in 18th century. Or lets consider some Republicans & right-wing Media's favorite Government spending: Where in the Constitution does it state that the Federal Government should pay Billions of Dollars per year to Israel or give blank check Military protection of Israel? Where in the Constitution does it state we should have Military bases in Europe, Japan, South Korea, etc.? And lets state this KILLER fact: which Israel, Europe, Japan, South Korea, etc. ALL have Government run Socialized health care so ALL their People have health care as a right.
